120 counties. Established in 1799, Pulaski County has not only endured but has grown
stronger with each passing year. With a population of approximately fifty-five
thousand, the diversity of industry and commerce are unparalleled.
Beautiful Lake Cumberland with its 1,200 miles of
shore line, grace the county with its presence. It offers the greatest tourist
attraction for literally hundreds of miles around. Beef, dairy and tobacco farms
keep our heritage rich, while technological advances in industry allow us to expect a
continuation in growth and prosperity.
